LGI Homes is seeking a Litigation Counsel to join our legal team at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Litigation Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel to manage all aspects of litigation for the company. This role will primarily oversee construction-related litigation and will handle other types of legal disputes as needed, coordinating with outside counsel and various departments to ensure effective resolution.
The Litigation Counsel will handle pre-litigation matters and develop litigation strategies. This role prepares quarterly litigation rep letters for auditors, reviews Company filings for required litigation-related disclosures, and collaborates with other department members on risk management strategies.
This position will set legal reserves, participate in annual contract reviews and insurance renewals, and collaborate with the General Counsel on special projects such as corporate acquisitions or joint ventures.
